Frequently asked questions
What can I pay with?
A single order is paid in TRX, sent from your own wallet to the address shown with the order — never from an exchange account, because the Energy is delegated back to the address that paid. If you order regularly, top up your account balance instead: deposits are accepted in TRX and USDT TRC-20, and USDT is credited to your TRX balance at the rate at the moment it arrives.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum is 65,000 Energy and the maximum is 5,000,000 Energy per order. Below the minimum the amount is so small that simply burning TRX is less hassle; above the maximum, write to sales and we will arrange it. Balance top-ups have their own minimum, set by the payment provider and shown on the deposit page.
Do I need an account to buy Energy?
No. An order needs nothing but your public TRON address. An account is only useful if you buy often: it keeps a TRX balance, order history and receipts, and it is what auto top-up runs on.
Are there any fees on top of the price shown?
No service fee is added. The only extra that can appear on an order is the 1.5 TRX network fee to activate an address that has never been used, and it is shown before you pay.
What happens if I do not use the Energy?
When the rental period ends, the Energy returns to the service and the unused part is not refunded. Rent the amount and the period you need: a one-hour rental is enough for a transfer you are about to send.
Can I get a refund?
Energy that has already been delegated cannot be returned, so a completed order is not refundable. If an order was paid but the Energy never arrived, write to support@getgas.io with the transaction hash and we will either deliver it or return the payment.
The price moved after I looked. Which price applies?
The price charged is the one shown in the order form at the moment you place the order. Rental prices follow the market, so the figures in the table are indicative — the Energy price page shows the current one and how it has moved over the last 30 days.
