What we collect
Your email address, and a hash of your password if you set one. We never store the password itself.
If you sign in with Google: your Google account ID and email address.
The TRON addresses you order for, and the deposit address issued to your account.
Your orders, invoices, deposits, automations and balance movements.
The IP address of requests, used to limit abuse and kept in security logs.
API keys, stored only as a hash.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one while you sign in with Google. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To deliver what you order and to credit your deposits.
To send emails you need: sign-in codes, password resets and deposit confirmations.
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
To answer you when you write to support.
Who processes it for us
Each receives only what it needs for its part. Transactions on the TRON blockchain are public by nature: anyone can see a delegation to your address.
Our payment processor, which issues deposit addresses and reports incoming payments.
Our network resource provider, which receives the receiving address and the amount of each order.
Our email delivery provider, which receives your email address and the content of emails we send you.
Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account exists. Records of payments and orders are kept as long as the law requires for financial records. Security logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for a correction, or for your account to be deleted, by writing to support@getgas.io from the address on the account. Records we must keep by law are kept until that duty ends.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change.
