What the service does
GetGas rents TRON network resources — Energy and Bandwidth — to a TRON address you choose. The resource is delegated on-chain for the rental period you pick and returns to its owner when the period ends. We can also activate a new TRON address and run automations that keep an address supplied.We never ask for, hold or use your private keys, and we never move funds from your wallet. Every delegation is an ordinary TRON transaction you can check on TronScan.
Accounts
You can buy without an account by paying an invoice in TRX.
An account adds a balance you top up in TRX or USDT (TRC-20), order history, automations and API keys.
You are responsible for your password and your API keys. Anyone holding an API key can spend your balance; revoke a key in the dashboard as soon as you think it has leaked.
One person or business may hold several accounts only for a legitimate reason, such as separating projects.
Prices
The price is shown before you pay. It follows the price of the network provider we rent from and can change at any time; an order is priced when it is placed.
An order paid from the balance is charged at the current price and then settled at the final price for that delivery: if the final price is lower, the difference returns to your balance; if it is higher, the difference is charged. Accounts with individually agreed rates pay exactly those rates.
An invoice is for the exact amount shown on it. That amount is final.
Payments
We accept TRX and USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) only. Funds sent on another network or in another currency may be impossible to recover.
An invoice must be paid in full, from any wallet, within the time shown on it. A late or short payment is not delivered automatically; write to us and we will sort it out.
USDT deposits are converted to TRX at the rate when they are credited. The balance is kept in TRX.
Delivery
Resources are usually delegated within seconds of payment. The rental period starts when the delegation is made.
Unused Energy or Bandwidth returns to its owner when the period ends and is not refunded.
A resource cannot be delegated to an address that does not exist on-chain yet. Activate a new address first; the service offers this for a fee.
Check the receiving address before you order. A delegation to a wrong address cannot be reversed.
Automations
Auto-refill, auto-renewal and smart mode deliver resources without you placing each order. Every delivery is charged to your balance as it happens. A delivery that has already been made is charged even if that takes the balance below zero; the next deposit repays it. When the balance can no longer cover the next delivery, the automation is paused, and it resumes after you top up unless you turn that off.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything illegal, to move proceeds of crime, to evade sanctions, or to attack the service or other users. We may refuse an order, pause automations or close an account where we have good reason to believe the service is being misused, and we may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Availability and liability
The service depends on the TRON network and on our providers. We work to keep it available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
We are not responsible for losses caused by a wrong address, a transfer on the wrong network, the network itself, or your wallet software.
If an order is not delivered because of us, we refund it. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
